The staff at this hotel are always available. if you can find them. They do offer advice at the reception, but good luck finding someone there.
Who needs a reception anyway? Just make sure to bring a Spanish-English dictionary or prepare for some entertaining charades at check-in.

The location seemed convenient and particularly good in the middle of the city. The food was NICE with a great selection of choice! The staff was very nice and amiable, so I would book again.

Convenient location with free parking, attached to a small supermarket and petrol station. 24-hour bar/cafeteria and a full blown restaurant. Spotlessly clean rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. Delicious food at a reasonable price. Friendly and efficient staff.

We had a great value for our money with clean and comfortable rooms at Atalaya-La Vega. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of food options.

Ideal stop 40 miles from ferry port. Open 24hrs for food, drink, petrol, and shopping area. Truck stop patrolled by police - reassuring for bikers. Extremely helpful staff , perfect rooms, delicious breakfast, and reasonably priced. Conveniently situated, free parking, supermarket, petrol station, 24-hour bar/cafeteria. Spotlessly clean rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. Delicious bar food, reasonable prices, friendly and efficient staff. Good-sized, clean rooms with complimentary toiletries, nice staff, and good parking.

The location is amazing! You've got a restaurant and a well-stocked shop right nearby, plus you're close to Santander. On top of that, it's just a 10-minute walk to Iglesia de San Cipriano ⛪.

The location of Atalaya-La Vega was extremely convenient for a stopover on our way to Santander. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good choice of food. Considering the value for money, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
One drawback I encountered was the limited choice of bar food in the evening. However, since we didn't try the restaurant, I can't speak to the quality of their meals.

I recently stayed at Atalaya-La Vega in Reinosa for a night stopover before catching the Santander Ferry. The staff were extremely helpful, despite my lack of Spanish, and the parking was secure and convenient. The rooms were perfect - clean, comfortable, and with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and the location, right by the motorway junction, was excellent. it was a great value for money and a perfect choice for a stopover.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
